DELIVERY

All gifts are packed in a glossy white box with a name tag for each child. You also have a choice of coloured ribbon to ensure that they match your colour scheme. We’ll then deliver them all to you, completely ready to be enjoyed by the children. You don’t have to do a thing!

All packages will be delivered to your door by Royal Mail, between 10 and 14 days from your order, and will need to be signed for.

For mainland UK addresses, all deliveries are £7.95.  This is a flat fee per order, regardless of how many boxes you order.

For the Republic of Ireland and the Channel Islands, all deliveries are £10.95. Again this is a flat fee per order, regardless of how many boxes you order.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

If you are not entirely happy with your gift box/es, please return them intact (i.e. unused and with all original packaging) and we will refund your payment. Please keep proof of postage for any items returned and all returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.  Postage & packing costs are not eligible for refund. 

Please telephone us immediately if you want to cancel your order. We are able to cancel your order as long as it has not already been dispatched.
